Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles,CA

Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding Los Angeles/Orange County team. Our office is located in Irvine, CA. This job is a remote position. We have a busy and challenging practice, but we also recognize the need for work-life balance. At KTLF we represent manufacturers, healthcare providers and other companies in high-stakes class action, product liability, medical device, and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast-paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials as well.

Minimum Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
– J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
– Member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
