Erica supports attorneys and paralegals at Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard in defense litigation matters. In a hybrid role combining paralegal, legal assistant, and trial support functions, she assists with case management, court filings, litigation preparation, and organizing materials that support case strategy and trial readiness. She also conducts targeted research projects, applying strong investigative and problem-solving skills to support case development.

Since entering the legal field in 2017, Erica has supported matters including personal injury defense, medical malpractice, and regulatory compliance, and previously worked on civil and commercial litigation matters. She has experience assisting with cases involving clients in the mortgage, banking, and title industries and is known for her attention to detail, organization, and resourcefulness in supporting complex litigation and trial preparation.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys fashion, visiting museums, attending live music events, traveling, and focusing on personal wellness.
