Trevor S. Potter is a litigator in the Detroit office of Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, focusing his practice on product liability and class action matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Trevor practiced as a litigation associate at a Michigan-based insurance and municipal defense firm, focusing on civil rights, personal injury, and casualty litigation. Trevor’s experience also includes briefing and arguing appeals in state court, as well as briefing appeals in federal court.
Trevor earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, he competed on the Chicago Bar Association moot court team and served as a legal writing tutor for multiple semesters. As a student clinician with the Community Law Center, he served as a guardian ad litem in child welfare proceedings.
