Megan Fischer has over two decades of experience developing methods for efficiently evaluating, negotiating, and resolving lawsuits. Megan graduated from Connecticut College in 1994 and then worked at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in Washington, DC for two years before attending law school. Megan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1999 and has been licensed to practice in Arizona ever since.
Megan has been defending automotive manufacturers in complex products liability litigation for over twenty years. In addition, she defends Fortune 500 companies in asbestos litigation in the Southwest. Megan defends her clients both in and out of the courtroom, handling summary judgments as well as hearings, fact and expert depositions, and preparing case-related themes for client representative depositions and trial. She is often called on to assist with discovery because of her strength in developing case strategy during the discovery process.
