KTLF, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding Phoenix team. Our office is located in Phoenix, but you can work from anywhere. We primarily work remotely, and we only go into the office as necessary. Applicants need to be self-motivated and able to manage their time. We have a busy and challenging practice, but we also recognize the need for work-life balance. We represent manufacturers, healthcare providers and other companies in high stakes class action, product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials as well.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard in Richmond, Virginia. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting in all phases of litigation, case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities. Other duties will include preparing legal documents, e-filing case documents, maintaining and organizing case files, monitoring case deadlines, ensuring compliance with filing requirements and local rules, summarizing pleadings and other legal documents, and assisting with preparing motions and other court filings.
