Attorney - Missouri Office

Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard is seeking an Associate to work on class actions in its recently opened St. Louis Office.   The firm, with offices in Arizona, California, Michigan, Missouri, and Virginia, handles cases as national, regional, and local counsel for Fortune 500 companies across the United States in a variety of practice areas, including product liability and class actions.

Experience and Skills:The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-4 years litigation experience, including drafting motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings.

Attorney - Arizona, California, Michigan & Virginia Offices

KTLF, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding national team. Our offices are located in Arizona, California, Michigan and Virginia,  but with our hybrid model you can work from anywhere. We primarily work remotely, and we only go into the office as necessary. Applicants need to be self-motivated and able to manage their time. We have a busy and challenging practice, but we also recognize the need for work-life balance. We represent manufacturers, healthcare providers and other companies in high stakes class action, product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials as well.

Litigation Paralegal -  Virginia Office

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard in Richmond, Virginia.  The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting in all phases of litigation, case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.  Other duties will include preparing legal documents, e-filing case documents, maintaining and organizing case files, monitoring case deadlines, ensuring compliance with filing requirements and local rules, summarizing pleadings and other legal documents, and assisting with preparing motions and other court filings.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and litigation procedures
  • Experience in legal document preparation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) is a plus
  • Legal filing experience, including CM/ECF
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned by multiple attorneys
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
