Chanel Tamm’s practice focuses on product liability and medical malpractice defense matters. Chanel also represents healthcare providers in front of a variety of licensing boards, including Arizona State Board of Nursing, Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
With over 10 years in practice, Chanel has extensive trial experience and a successful history of managing challenging and diverse caseloads. Chanel has tried over 60 jury trials as a former criminal prosecutor for the 34th Judicial District of Texas and performed countless other contested hearings. While representing the State of Texas in the prosecution of adult felony cases, Chanel achieved verdicts that resulted in sentences of 10-54 years and life in prison. The various felony cases Chanel has tried include: Sexual Assault of a Child, Intoxication Manslaughter, Arson, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Robbery, Assault of a Public Servant, Burglary, Assault Family Violence, Tampering With Evidence, Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or More), Possession/Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Evading Arrest With A Vehicle and Theft. Chanel’s courtroom experience also includes appellate arguments before the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Chanel has always been drawn to litigation because she finds the work challenging, fascinating, and rewarding. Chanel is a persuasive litigator, passionate about representing clients with vigor and minimizing risk through careful and extensive research.
In addition to her passion for representing clients, Chanel and her husband enjoy traveling the world. Chanel also enjoys fashion, the outdoors, community engagement, spending time with family and friends, and adventuring with her precious pup named Coco.
