Since 2011, Claire Dietrich has focused on national product liability litigation for various corporate clients. Claire has been immersed in automotive product liability litigation throughout California and beyond and has defended the design and manufacture of motor vehicles in alleged wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases involving various defect allegations. Claire also has a unique perspective regarding product liability defense having worked in-house on assignment at one of the nation’s largest automotive manufacturers for several years during her time at Bowman and Brooke, LLP. She also has a firm grasp on federal regulations and has managed projects to help clients comply with those regulations. Claire is also well-versed in California’s breach of warranty laws and has handled hundreds of cases from initial filing to resolution or trial.
While earning her J.D. from the University of San Diego, Claire clerked at the California Attorney General’s office where she argued cases in front of the California Court of Appeal.
