Erin has litigated cases across the country involving a wide range of products, from shower doors to trailer hitches. She has direct, hands-on experience in all phases of product litigation. She also has experience with complex commercial litigation. She has worked as a prosecutor and represented municipalities in litigation and litigation avoidance counseling.
During law school, she externed for Chief Magistrate Judge Arthur J. Boylan (now retired) of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota. She is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Erin was born and raised in North Dakota. Her first job was picking strawberries for $2 a bucket. She enjoys reading, being in nature, and trying to keep up in barre classes.
