Frank Hostetler has over 40 years of litigation and trial experience for automotive manufacturers and industrial equipment manufacturers in product liability, warranty and chemical exposure cases from the claim stage through trial. Counsel of record for cases in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Kentucky and Oklahoma. Issues involved all aspects of vehicle design and performance including handling and stability, crashworthiness (seat belts, seats, inflatable restraints), fuel system integrity, roof integrity, component failure (brakes, steering, drivetrain and throttle), lack of safety equipment (optional/standard offering and improper/lack of driver assist equipment).
