Paul Lecky's goal in litigation is to serve the best interests of clients while being respectful of the opposition and working with the other side to resolve disputes with limited rancor and wasted time. Paul's new of counsel role permits him time to utilize his 30 years of experience, especially in consumer warranty law, and work efficiently with other firms on discovery and motion practice.
Paul's goal in the community is to work with others to improve the world around him and to find joy in his interactions with others. He has been mentoring young people recently and he hopes to expand that role in his life as he nears retirement from the law.
