Wendi Lynn is a seasoned Paralegal with over 15 years of experience in product compliance, litigation support, and warranty management across various industries. Previously serving as a Paralegal at Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone, Wendi specializes in California warranty litigation, where she processed discovery, managed the e-Discovery process, coordinated with local counsel, and liaised with various automotive manufacturers’ general counsel. Her expertise includes drafting discovery responses, overseeing electronic data productions, and executing IT solutions testing to ensure efficiency in legal operations.

Wendi has a strong background in warranty claims management, having worked for major automotive companies including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Volkswagen Group of America. She has led teams, managed projects, and implemented cost-saving strategies. Throughout her career, she has excelled in training and mentoring teams, handling large-scale class action lawsuits, and streamlining processes for product compliance investigations.

Wendi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in General Management with a minor in Business Analytics at Oakland University. She continues to enhance her skillset through ongoing training in e-Discovery and legal compliance. With a keen focus on customer service and cross-functional collaboration, Wendi brings a strong blend of legal knowledge, technical proficiency, and team leadership to every project she undertakes.

In her spare time, Wendi enjoys spending time with family and friends, and visiting her family cottage on Manitoulin Island Ontario, Canada.
